NextHive – Cash Forecasting
Multi‑entity, multi‑currency cash‑flow forecasting with versions, approvals, and workflows — built for finance teams that need control over liquidity planning. Coming soon.
Configure forecasts per entity and currency, capture bank positions and projected flows, then route versions through approvals so everyone works on a single, trusted view of cash.
Built to work alongside ContractHive and Estimator 9
NextHive Cash‑Forecasting will round out the product suite with forward‑looking liquidity views that leverage both IFRS 16 lease data from ContractHive and IFRS 9 ECL outputs from Estimator 9.
For now, you can start with ContractHive and Estimator 9 and we'll notify you as soon as NextHive is ready for pilots.
Under the hood, NextHive is designed as a role‑based, workflow‑driven cash‑flow planning system – so finance and treasury teams can plan confidently across entities and currencies.
1. Forecasts by entity & currency
Create forecast configurations per entity and currency, with monthly buckets, versions, and a selector that drives all KPIs and charts.
2. Bank, inflow, and outflow views
Capture opening bank positions plus recurring inflows and outflows, and let NextHive expand them over the forecast period for dashboards and reports.
3. Workflows & approvals
Route forecast versions through configurable approval workflows, track status, and keep an audit trail of who approved what, and when.
At‑a‑glance dashboard
KPI cards for Total Revenue, Total Costs, Net Cash Flow, and Ending Balance, plus inflow/outflow bar charts and net / cumulative cash‑flow lines so you can see pressure points early.
Reporting ready for reviews
Monthly breakdown tables and a transposed report view (metrics as rows, months as columns) give finance and treasury a clean, shareable view of opening balances, flows, and closing positions.
Roles & permissions
Superadmins manage users and roles, admins own configurations and workflows, and users work on forecasts and approvals based on role‑driven permissions.
Planned technical stack
A modern single‑page frontend with rich charts, Node.js/Express APIs, PostgreSQL via ORM, and JWT auth (with optional Google sign‑in) to keep things secure and scalable.
